Luang Por Tuad amulets

This is a collection of limited edition amulets from Wat Rai in Nakorn Sri Tammarat province - The set is of three amulets featuring Pra Luang Por Tuad on one side and Pra Luang Por Ngern on the other. The amulets are made from 3 different sacred materials; Mai Tep Taro (beige colored), Din Gakyayaks earth (black), and Nuea Gon Krok (multicolored). They have a tagrud embedded in each and also a "Look Na Moe" - which is a round chunk of metal with a yantra on it. These amulets are out of stock now in the temple and fast becoming a rare aquisition. I find this collection extremely beautiful, and am even considering keeping it myself as i have seen that the "wan roy paed" (108 sacred herbal mixture)used in their making is beginning to form a growth on the amulets in the form of a white powdery substance rising up on the face of the amulets. This is considered by Thai amulet experts to be a sign of the sacredness of an amulet. It does not occur with many amulets these days in the age of commercial Buddhism, where so many temples are making amulets without including the proper ingredients, and is thus a very desirable thing to happen to your amulet.
